Villa Milinović je smeštena na samoj obali mora, u srcu Perasta, u  jednom od najlepših zaliva na svetu. Boka Kotorska je svojom blagom mediteranskom klimom i čistim morem oduvek predstavljala posebnu turističku punudu.

Perast je u prošlosti bio jedno od najvažnijih uporišta južnog dela Mletačke republike. Zajedno sa Kotorom, od koga je udaljen 15-ak kilometara, bio je jedini priobalni grad koji nikada nije osvojen od Turaka. Grad se najviše razvio u XVII i XVIII veku. Iz tog perioda potiče većina velelepnih gradjevina

Villa Milinović is placed on the coast, in heart of Perast,  in the one of the most beautiful gulf in the World, Boka Kotorska. With mild mediterranean climate, Boka is place of special choice. In the past  Perast was considered as the one of the most important strongholds in the southern part of the Venetian territory.

Together with Kotor (about 15km from Kotor) it was the only costal town in Montenegro that has never been conquered by Turks.
